쑥털털이, 경상도에서는 그렇게 부르는데
다른 지역에서는 쑥버무리라고 하더군요.
전, 경상도니깐....
밀가루와 맵쌀가루를 섞고, 설탕과 약간의 소금을 넣고
찜통에 찌면되는 너무나 쉬운 음식입니다.
물론 건강에도 좋구요.
시골집갔다가 얻은 쑥으로 이렇게 털털이를 해 먹습니다.
한 솥을 만들었는데, 벌써 거의 다 먹었습니다.
또 만들어야겠습니다...^^
