牛里脊肉,切片后用日式烤肉酱腌制半小时以上,平底锅放少许油,锅烧热后下肉片煎至两面即可。吃的时候再淋上一些烤肉酱汁会更好吃。
偏甜口的日式高汤鸡蛋卷(又叫玉子烧,厚蛋烧),中间夹了一层海苔。
糖醋藕丁和塌菜炒冬笋
装饭盒。先装米饭,上面撒一层海苔,然后再依次装入烤肉、鸡蛋、藕丁、塌菜冬笋。
