Truly, aging process starts around the mid 20s of our lives, and progresses with time. I am so glad to see that you aren't scared of aging, and just like me, you are concerned only about the challenges that comes with it. Around the end of your entry, I realized that all the exercises listed are cardiovascular exercises and that's good because it helps strengthens the heart and lungs, which are organs whose functions deteriorate with age.
