Assalam- o -Alaikum my lovely friends!
How are you my friends ? I hope you are all will be happy and healthy. I am also fine friend's by the grace of Allah 😇. Today I am here to participate in SLC25-W4 // "Chickpea Salad." contest. Which is held by respected @dasudi in Steemit Iron Chef. I am @aliraza1234 from Pakistan and I am very thankful to you ma'am for this interesting contest.

Ingredients Required For Chickpea Salad :

Ingredients Required For Vinaigrette Dressing:

Make a "Chickpea Salad": with the guide presented in this course, add the variation to your liking, (details utensils, ingredients and step by step).
Step 1

So buddies first, I soaked the chickpeas in water overnight for making delicious chickpeas salad , then I boiled the chickpeas for salad. I washed all the vegetables thoroughly. Then I start from cucumber. So , I cut it into small pieces with a knife.

Step 2

Buddies, then after that ,I also sliced the carrot with a knife. Then I sliced three green chilies and chopped them well. Similarly, I cut the tomatoes, onions and cabbage for this delicious chickpeas salad.

Step 3

Then buddies After cutting all the vegetables, I put them all in a bowl. Then I added the spices which I mentioned above to the bowl and mixed them in chickpea salad. Then after that I mixed the chickpea salad with a beautiful spoon in the bowl.

Step 4

Finally, I sprinkled coriander on top of it, then I put it in the.Then I sprinkled lemon on top of the chickpea salad to make it a little tastier. Then I put it on a plate and served it to eat.Then I took a selfie with this delicious and tasty salad.Which I shared with you.

This is my first experience making chickpea salad. I have never eaten and made this salad before.This is my first time making this salad and I enjoyed it a lot while making it. It has been a great experience for me making Chickpea salads. If we talk about its taste now, it was very delicious, flavorful and tasty.Corn and lemon are my favorite ingredients, so I added corn and lemon on top of the chickpea salad to make it more delicious, which enhanced its flavor and I ate it with great pleasure and it turned out to be even more delicious than I expected, just as I thought it would be.And finally I made a very delicious chickpea salad and with even more pleasure I ate it and enjoyed it very much.

Highlight the benefits of chickpeas, cucumber, bell pepper, and onion and indicate the price in Steem.

"Chickpeas" is very useful for diabetic patients. It regulate sugar levels and also strengthens the heart. It makes the heart strong. It is very beneficial for heart patients. It is full with protiens.

"Cucumber" contain high level of water. it helps in weight loss.cucumber play a cooler role for over stomach problems . cucumber consist of several antioxidants that reduce the stress and anxiety. it is best for skin care Health.

"Onion" have a antibacterial property. onion improves over digestive system . onion play an imported role in over immunity system. onion boost up over immune system. onion reduce the inflammation.

"Bel paper" also used in any diet for a good taste. it is a source of vitamin A and Vitamin C.Vitamin A is important for our eye vision and cell growth and Vitamin C is an antioxidant and source of collagen.

Yes, of course I have some special tips that I would like to share with you.We can add boiled potatoes to it to make it more delicious.To enhance its flavor, We can be added fresh mint leafs in chickpea salad for making it more delicious. We can also add some spices like black salt, chickpea masala.When we mix all these ingredients in the chickpea salad. Its taste will be even more delicious and the viewer's mouth will watering and they will also try their best to eat it.
