Assalamu Alaikum,
A section of the wall has been covered with plastic. Perhaps there are some items stored behind it, which is why this cloth has been used to cover the wall. I went to an office, and after arriving there, I saw that this area had been covered.
The large cloth has been secured on all four sides using nails. I noticed that the cloth was placed there, possibly because there are some important items behind it. After seeing it, I went closer and took a few photos of the area. I shared those photos with you.
