    와... 분양가가 정말 억! 소리가 나네요.

    만약 1층 전용 약16평 상가를
    약 20억에 분양받아 직접 영업을 한다면,

    매월 600~700만원의 이익을 남겨야
    약 4%수익율이 될 것 같네요. ㅋ
