This is 7:45am in ‘Post Office’, a place in the capital city of Kwara State which is Ilorin. As you can see, everyone is going about their day already. Everyone here has already started their day.
I've been here since 6am (just got here to see the early morning view) and I have to tell you how early Nigerians start their day. You can see people going to their different places of work, school, travelling, trading etc.
Nigerians are always on the move. They might not care about their appearances but for their stomachs, they'll fill it up while on the move. There are shops everywhere selling food/drinks and there's even people who sell breakfast (tea and bread) on the move. Yes, I am talking about fast food which also can be noodles and eggs.
Right now, the weather is cold or maybe should I say cool? Though it looks as if it will rain, like a heavy downpour; but I tell you the truth, it won't. I'll bring you an afternoon update that it didn't rain, one bit. It was like this yesterday and even the day before yesterday.
As the weather is right now, one might think that there'll be no sun for the whole of today but by 10am, you'll see the sun setting and before 11am, it's shining really bright to the point that it even burns the skin.
As you can see in the above picture, people aren't putting on thick clothes or even carrying umbrellas. They are going about just like that because they know it's not going to rain. Maybe, only a stranger or visitor to this place will feel it's going to rain in a few minutes.
I find it fun watching people in the morning especially when my schedule starts not very early for that particular day. I admire how much work people do to improve their lives.
I like the hustle and bustle of an average Nigerian. I just like everything and I do say a silent prayer for people…. I pray things work out for everyone. Have a nice day, Steem Mates.😍
