Hello fitness lovers, it's another day of exercise and I'm doing the program which our teacher ngoenyi taught us. If I'm to tick where I belong I will ask the permissions of my mentors to stand in the line of intermediate because of my inconsistency
Warm-up
Warmup is very important before carrying out any exercise, this will help our blood to circulate well and keep our brain at alert . I did my warm up as requested for 5 minutes. Afterwards my whole body was sensitive to carry on the rest of the programs as shown below.
Dumbbell Front Raises
Dumbbell Front Raises
In this exercise I stood with my feet shoulder -width apart with the dumbbells in my two hands while extending my hands straight forward and down, while on this exercise I felt the stretch in my front shoulder muscles.
Single -Leg Deadlift
Single -Leg Deadlift
Just like the name implies,it an exercise that focuses on the muscle sides such as the lower back because of the bending and the hamstring, I did the exercises with my dumbbells by balancing one of my leg on the ground and lifting the other one straight back , I did same with the other led until I reached the repetition.
This is the easiest program for this week as it targets good posture,it also helps in reducing weight.
Diamond Push-us

I did this exercise as shown by our teacher by placing my hands under my chest then I pushed up. The importance of this exercise is to enhance the stability and coordination of the muscle of the upper body.
Plank Shoulder Taps
This is the program that I like so much because it helps my stomach and my back as I'm someone that sits at a place for long. It engages the core muscles especially at the shoulders.
I did the program by laying like a plank stretching my leg backwards my hands at the front and using my hand to tap my shoulder alternatively.
Cool Down exercise
After all the programs, I cool down with different styles of simple exercises that helped me to ease up myself from all the muscle stretches.

The Experiences I Had While Carrying Out These Programs.
While doing the Single -Leg Deadlift, during my repetition my left leg shaking like I wanted to have muscle pull , but I tried my best to calm my nerves and continued till the end. Any program was the shoulder tap which I enjoyed but at the end I felt little pain at my shoulder like someone that did match past.

Ofcourse whenever someone did something that stretches the muscles it's sure that there must be sweat in his /her body, I'm not an exception, my sweaty face can tell that I did the program intensively to achieve the desired goal.
