How are you all? Hope everyone is well.Alhamdulillah I am fine as well. Today I will discuss about mama halim. Mama Halim is located next to Urvashi Cinema Hall. Phulbari is located 40 meters east of Jamuna Bridge, opposite Shwapno Showroom. In any area of Phulbari, if you say Mama Halim, everyone knows it by the same name. There are several reasons behind Mama Halim's fame. One of them is their service, location and cleanliness of the shop. They make Halim with beef. The price of a bowl of Halim is 60 taka.

Mama Halim has been operating in Fulbari since 1993. It is said that they have been selling Halim for generations. The most customers of their Halim shop are students of Adarsh College and Government College, as well as train and bus passengers. Opposite Mama Halim are bus counters like Haque, Nabil, SBS Travels, Rekha, Shyamoli etc.
Many passengers wait there every night to travel on these buses and these passengers choose Mama Halim for light meals. This Mama Halim has gained so much popularity that they sell at least 70 to 80 thousand taka every day. Although their success was not so much at first, now they sell a lot and their shop has four employees.

While serving the food, they put two pieces of beef in each bowl. They use special spices in their food which are usually brought from Pakistan. This spice enhances the taste of their food a lot. They mix lemon with the food. There is a place to sit here, although it is small, but people prefer to enjoy their food standing on the street. Their service is in the scorching heat and they provide air through a large fan.
They keep all the ingredients for making Halim in a big pot so that the food stays hot. They make these dishes before the shop opens, that is, before the shop opens in the afternoon, which is why all the dishes stay hot until eleven at night. They set up shop in Phulbari town every day.
