Hello steemit friends

Today, I am excited to show with you one of my and the most loved dishes in my home and everyone like also Chicken Biryani a beautiful mix of flavorful and a little bit spices & with juicy chicken and rice This dish is always a winner on any table. and in my home everyone want to eat and its absolutely tastey.

now tell you preparation step by step

Prepare Chicken

Start by heating some oil in a deep pot after add sliced onions and then start cook them until they turn golden brown.now add ginger garlic paste and chopped the tomatoes all & also add salt& red chili powder and turmeric and biryani masala.cook this mixture until the oil starts to separate from it.now what do to next put in the chicken pieces and stir well until fry the chicken for a few minutes and until its half cooked and covered in spices then add yogurt and mix it in. cook everything well until the chicken becomes soft.

Boil Rice
Boil water with salt and add soaked rice and cook until it is 90 percent done drain and set aside.the rice

Layering the Biryani

in the same pot of chicken layer so chicken gravy at the bottom & after then add a layer of rice between and Repeat. top with these lemon slices & green chilies and mint leaves. and final add a few drops of yellow andorange food color if desired it.

use a heavy lid and cook on very low heat the biryani for 15 to 20 minutes because this can helps infuse the flavors into the rice and it became taste and delicious.

Serve and Enjoy

final step is mix the biryani before serving it smells is delicious and enjoy it hot.

I forgot to make lassy with biryani then after I again went to kitchen and make lessy wit it because today was very hot so that was a beautiful idea of making lessy with biryani.

Basmati rice (soaked 30 mins)3 cups
Onions (sliced)2
Tomatoes (chopped)2
Yogurt1 cup
Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
Green chilies2-3
Red chili powder1 tsp
Turmeric1 tsp
Biryani masala1 tsp
Cumin seeds1 tsp
Lemon slices & mint leavesFor garnish
SaltTo taste
Oil or gheeAs needed
