The picture I will be sharing to you is the picture above.

In this photo, I am standing alone facing on the other side with the serene beach as my backdrop and I am embracing the calmness and beauty of nature. It was took during the thanksgiving party of my cousin because she was able to pass her board exam. The good thing was that it was just her first take.

I love the picture because it shows a peaceful waves and open sky reflect which helps us pose for a moment and reflect for ourselves and have a personal peace. We were all bombarded with so many challenges in life, and as I see a serene view, I felt relax and forgot the pain I had within. Even it is just a minute but at least I was refreshed and ready to face all of it once more.

The picture holds importance as it reminds me not only me but all of us the value of solitude and the strength found of being alone. For me, it symbolizes a pause for all the struggles we made, a chance to breathe for a while, think, reflect and appreciate all the good things that coming our way.

The beach represents two worlds-the land and the ocean. It is a place where you can see transition. From soil or sand to water. It is as well a place for reflection and renewal. Standing on the beach sometimes evoke feelings of freedom and endless possibilities where it encourages dreams and goals.
