The Diary Game: Engagement Prank, Good News And Other Tales(14-07-2025)

Steemit greetings everyone, trust you're all doing great? Yesterday was a good day for me, haven't experienced a better Monday in a long while. Let's get the gist in full but remember, it's your favorite steemian girl @purpleidy23 bringing you the details of her Monday's diary. I woke up yesterday kinda late but rushed over my chores and got to school so as to meet up with lectures. On arriving school, they were already half way into the lectures but I still went into the hall and attended the remains of it. After the lectures, I was caught up on a surprise, I got an engagement ring!!! It was one of the most happiest moments of my life, I was all teary but gave out my finger for the ring to be slipped in. It was actually my girlfriend who gave me the ring so I could advertise her brand for her, she sales knuckle rings but this particular set she has could pass for an engagement ring.

After the my engagement prank in class, my friend and I went to our school media center known as convo park to print out our assignment for submission and when we got back to class, we were informed that out next two classes has been cancelled so we could actually go home if we want. The announcement was made by our class representative to the whole class and on hearing this, my friend and I submitted our assignment and went home.

I stopped by at the salon along my street to get my hair done before going home, I noticed they were busy working on a customer's hair when I walked in but I was asked to wait for few minutes that someone will attend to me shortly. I waited for some minutes and my hair was worked on, I made payment and headed home. I was glad I succeeded in making the hair before going home because I didn't want to step out again when I got home.

In the afternoon after I was done with my hair, I went home and in getting home, I had a quick shower and my friend was busy in the kitchen making lunch. But I wasn't hungry though because I had taken snacks in school before coming back so I went into the kitchen and assisted my friend in making lunch and when it was ready, I ate a little and went to bed to rest as I had serious migraine due to the weaving I made.

In the evening when I woke up, my friend disclosed yet a great news to me. I was so happy and came online to confirm the news and it happened to be true, out neighbor's too and everyone else who heard about it rejoiced. We've long waited for this news and we were happy our waiting wasn't prolonged any longer. I had dinner as I was very hungry after long screams of joy and my friend joined me too.

We stepped out for a walk as this has become our normal routine and when we returned we had our bath and I came on here to blog before going to bed. Thank you so much y'all for reading, see you on my next post but till then, do have a good night rest.
