Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Today's post is special for me because today I cooked chicken roast for the first time with the help of my elder sister. Basically, I expressed my interest in cooking it myself and accordingly my elder sister helped me in my cooking. So today I am presenting this cooking recipe in front of all of you.

Step 1,
First, wash the chicken thoroughly in a clean container. It is important to clean the meat that has been cut into roast shapes. So, in the first step, I wash the chicken thoroughly with clean water.

Step 2,
Then, place the chicken on the stove and fry the chicken well in soybean oil on a pan. Then, place the fried chicken on a clean plate.

Now, using a stone-made sieve, we thoroughly mix the spices required for the roast, because batter spices are very popular for making roasts, which enhance the flavor of the food.

In this way, I grind several types of spices and keep some whole which I will use directly in cooking.

Then take another pan and heat oil in the pan and fry the required batter and whole spices well. At the same time, mix a sufficient amount of salt into the fried spices.

Now take a packet of Radhuni's Roast Masala, cut the packet and pour two-thirds of the entire packet of spices into the pan, shaking it well and mixing the spices together.

Once the spices are well fried, add the previously fried chicken roasts to the spices and then mix the chicken roasts well with the spices.

Step 8,
Now take a sufficient amount of water in a clean container, mix the powdered milk in that water, and then pour the powdered milk mixed with that water into the pan.

Step 9,
The daily cooking process has already been completed by mixing all the spices. Now, add some green chilies to the chicken roast in the pan and finish cooking the chicken roast on the required heat. Finally, add two spoons of ghee to the chicken roast.

This is my first time posting a recipe on this platform because this is the first recipe I have ever cooked. I was able to make this recipe well with the help of my elder sister and it was very delicious to eat. I will try to become an expert in making all these recipes and present new recipe posts to you.
