Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.
Early in the morning, I have a good habit of rising early, but the birds that come to the window of my room to start the day seldom let me stay in bed for long. They make such beautiful noises that are powerful enough to drive me out of bed. I perform ablution to purify myself for the morning prayers. I don’t spend much time at home but head to the nearby mosque to start my day by offering the morning prayers. Upon reaching there, all the other men of the society had already arrived, and the prayers had begun. After spending almost 10 minutes in the mosque, I returned home with a positive attitude, which not only helps me spend my day positively but also enables me to overcome and face challenges calmly. Since I work in a department that deals directly with the public and comes with many challenges, staying calm and composed in my role is quite important. For that, I consider the morning prayers to be quite effective.
After finishing the morning prayer, I returned home and went straight to some gardening work. I watered my lawn, removed weeds, and maintained other aesthetics. As I’m quite enthusiastic about maintaining the aesthetics of my house, I prefer to do such things very early in the morning. The cool atmosphere helps me work without any hindrance and allows me to think and act properly. After I was done with the car work, I went inside to have breakfast together with my parents, who were waiting for me in the dining room.
Once I had finished all my morning tasks, I got ready for the office and then headed to one of the villages that had been assigned to one of my colleagues for the verification of PMAY cases and checking the eligibility of applicants who had applied for the housing scheme. Since my colleague needed my help, I joined him as I had no other assignment at hand, having already completed mine.
We had a good number of cases to verify, which required us to move from one end of the village to the other. It also involved capturing the old and new sites of the registered applicants — where they are currently living and where they plan to construct their new houses if provided financial assistance. It was quite a hard task. My colleague couldn’t do anything because the login we had on the app had single access and couldn’t be logged in on multiple devices. For that reason, having two of us in the village was of no avail. We had to do our work on only one device, and if multiple logins were possible, we could have finished our job in half the time.
Later, when we were finished with our job, we left for our respective places. Upon reaching home, my parents asked me to have a cursory review of the apples growing in our orchard and to check if any pests had affected the crop. I spent some good time there, as it was quite hot and staying out in the orchard was quite pleasing. The cold breeze that was blowing was soothing, and the serenity in the orchard was admirable. I was overwhelmed by the atmosphere and spent the whole evening there.
Later in the day, I returned home and had my dinner at around 10 PM, after which I went to my room to sleep and call it a day.
