Kwara State University, Malete

I am so much interested in this contest organised in this community. Pin this amazing university to steem-atlas is a good one so that everyone can be aware about this citadel of learning.

Kwara State University was established by the state government during the administration of Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki in the year 2009. It's located in Malete village in Moro Local Government and it is fully registered by the Nigerian University Commission (NUC) to improve learning for the public.

This university was built for community development and entrepreneurship so that students across the country can receive quality education. Kwara State University has 11 faculties, and their library is one of the largest libraries in West Africa and was named Muhammadu Buhari Main Library.

They have different kinds of books in their library, which most of the students make use of during exams as well as read for pleasure. Academic research can also be found there, which can be useful for the humanities.

They have produced a large number of students who graduated from the institution and who are doing well in their careers. Kwara State University has two satellite campuses, one in Oshi while the other is in Ilesha Baruba, but the main campus is in Malete, where the office of the Vice-Chancellor is situated and the majority of the other faculties can be found.

They offer distance learning for those who stay in far locations so that it can make their work easier, and this normally happens to those who are employees in an organization who need additional certificates to upgrade themselves.

This state university offers admission to both indigenes and non-indigenes, but their school fees are not the same. It's easy to enter once the students have the required cut-off marks each student scores in their JAMB examination. This university enables the area situated to grow or develop quickly, where people perform different kinds of transactions on a daily basis.
