Greetings la familia!!! How are you faring? I hope you have a wonderful time. I'm @nhiemfin001 and like every other day, I have come to share another article on how my day went.
LOOKING GOOD ON MONDAY
After all the stress over the weekend, I fell very ill on Monday. I could barely feel myself. My whole body hurts like hell. I could barely walk down to the sitting room for morning devotion. After the devotion, I boiled water and had my bath. I had no appetite for food that morning so I left for school. I got to the main road, boarded a bus and left for school. Fortunately for me, the bus driver seeing how sick I was decided to drop me off at my school's gate. I was so grateful to him.
ON THE BUS TO SCHOOL
By the time I got to school, the class had already began but I settled in pretty well. The lecturer was friendly and audible. I sat at the back seat and it was a bit noisy so, I had to move forward a bit where I could hear the lecturer clearly. After the first class, I wrote my name on the attendance list and moved out for the next class. The next class was to begin by 10am but the course rep couldn't find the lecturer in his office but the course rep instructed that we should hold on for a while.
WHILE WAITING FOR THE LECTURER
The lecturer came for the class very late. He began the class by giving an assignment and also stating the submission date. The assignment is a bit lengthy and difficult but we didn't dare object. The second class was very boring and we were praying for the class to come to an end. God answered our prayers, the lecturer had a call and after the call, he dismissed the class and left stating that something important and urgent came up. The course rep went ahead to call the next lecturer and she was there in no time. This lecturer is of my favorite because she teaches to my understanding. She starts her class by praying and I admire that so much.
ONE OF MY FAVORITE LECTURER
After the class, I hurried home because firstly, I was very hungry and I need to rest my head and secondly, it was about to rain. I ate rice by the time I got home and I laid on the bed for a while. My brother was really worried about my health so in a bit to cheer me up, he suggested we play "Ayo" together. We played for about three rounds without having a winner.
GAMES WITH MY BROTHER
My younger siblings returned from school so I had to make lunch for them. After having lunch, I had to restyle my sister's logs because I didn't have the chance to do that during the weekend. Before making the hair, I helped her do her assignment and explain some things she said she didn't understand.
BEAUTIFULLY STYLED LOGS
After styling my sister's logs, I went ahead to assist my cousin in frying garri. She didn't let me help her, claiming that the smoke from the firewood wasn't good for my health. It was getting late so I had to turn on my phone's flashlight for her to see clearly. I advised her to continue the next day but she insisted to finish it that day. When she finally finished, I helped her take somethings inside and I also swept the place neatly.
GARRI MAKING PROCESS
We had oats for dinner afterwards. One thing about being a first born is that, you'll have to look out for others especially your younger ones first, regardless of how you feel. Even when I was very sick, I still had to run around and get somethings for my siblings done perfectly. Permit me to stop here. Thank you so much for engaging. Have a wonderful time.
