Last June 2025, we opened the company Sportsfest. We do it every year to give employees a chance to enjoy, get to know each other, show unity, and camaraderie through sports. On the opening day, there was a small program. First, each team gathered, covering the cutting Department, Quality Control Department, Special Machine Department, and Three departments in the production area. There were 6 teams. Then there was a parade around the company, lighting of torch, oath of sportsmanship, and the last was the presentation of muses.

OATH OF SPORTSMANSHIP
"I do hereby solemnly swear and agree to abide, adhere and uphold the conditions, the rules and regulations which has been set forth by the organizers of this activity.
I do hereby solemnly swear and agree to play in the spirit of discipline and sportsmanship no matter whether I win or lose.

TD Sport fest Basketball League Rules and Regulation 2025
- 1.Semi-Barangayan rules, each team have different line-up in first and second quarter. But the teams have no enough players to play in second quarter; the opposing team will select which player they want to play in second quarter. AND NO POINT PENALTY for the team with a lacking player. This rule is being agreed of all supervisors and the committee during meeting.
- 2.Competition will be single round robin, forfeit count's as one games. Each team has 5 games in preliminary round and the 4 best team win record can compete in the semifinals round. The semifinals round will be single elimination and the winner in the semifinals round can compete the first place and second place in the finals, and the loser will be competing the 3rd placer. In the semifinals the number 1 team standing with NO losses will be twice to beat, but if the number 1 team standing has loss record, that team will not qualified in twice to beat advantage. And if there is a team with the same record, all the team will be subject on PALY-In so that we can differentiate the 1, 2, 3, and 4 standing.
- 3.Roster must be submitted to the tournament committee before the first game. No adding or deleting after the first game.
- 4.No player shall play for more than one team during the tournament.
- 5.Team Captains/Supervisor are the voice of their team and responsible for their team conduct. If any players to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the League Committee have the right to expel them fro, any game. This rule will be strictly enforced.
- 6.Game Time & Time Out's:
Game time = 40 minutes divided into four of 10 minutes each.
. Time out = 1 time out in 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter and 2 time out in the 4th quarter. The clock will be stopped for time outs, which will be one minute in duration. Half time will be five minutes long.
. Time will run continuously throughout, except for the last 2 minutes of the 3rd and 4th quarter, the clock will be stopped for all fouls and ball out situations. - 7.Each game will start with a jump ball at the center court. Each possession thereafter will be alternated. The official scorekeeper will keep track of the possession arrow.
- 8.Violations result in technical fouls. Technical fouls result in a free throw and a change possession. If a player or coach receives two technical fouls in the same game the referee will eject them or the player can be sitting out in the game in 2 minutes.
- 9.Removable jewelry may not be worn during the game. Players with long nails in the hand should be cut-out before the game.
- 10.Official scorekeeper must be notified before a substitution can be made, which will be allowed on all dead ball situations.

The games were basketball, volleyball, and table tennis. The event ended in a month and the results:

Volleyball Women:
Champion: QC Department
1st Placer: Production #3
2nd Placer: Production #1
The best team was the Cutting Department while my was 2nd Placer on both basketball and volleyball men. Congratulations to all the winners and to everyone. It was a success to all. Zero accidents and no fighting incidents happened. It was because of cooperation from everybody and leadership from the management.
