WHAT ARE BMI RANGE??
BMI reading less than 18.5 is considered underweight
BMI reading of 18.5 - 24.9 is considered normal weight
BMI reading of 25 - 29.9 is considered overweight
BMI reading of 30. 39.9 is considered obesity...
HOW YOU CALCULATE YOUR BMI?
Measure your height in meters and divide by your weight.
For instance, your height is 6.0 feet, convert it to meters, it will give you 1.8
1.8 × 1.8 ÷ 90kg = 28.1, This is over weight from the BMI calculator..Let look at 1.8 × 1.8 ÷ 70kg = 21.8
For someone with 6 feet height, ideal weight should be 21.8..

● No matter your height, focus on a weight measurement of 60kg to 75kg..
