My Neighborhood Watch #108 - Reporting Events Around us

Greetings great steemians hope you are doing well. It's another episode to go with my neighborhood watch I appreciate @xkool24 for organizing this contest.

In this world we are things normally occurs anyhow it want at any moment but not all the happening we will witness with our eye due to the location the event might take place,

Concerning what I see today on my way home, every way was good untill the devil say terrible event have to occur and decide to passed through one of his agent so that it may end up taking someone life or causing physical damage to someone but in everything God always have his way, here is what happened on my way home I saw one guy at the road side destroying umbrella of a woman which was selling garri along the road side.

Me seeing the guy that was doing this, one thing came out on my mind I now think maybe the guy is one of the people that sell ticket for people that sell things on the road side and as well for market people, so i just think like "maybe he ask the woman for ticket money and she refused to pay that is why he take action on her selling umbrella" but even if that was the issue he don't have that right of destroying her selling property.

But from what I heard the guy was not a ticket seller he is a notorious person around the street going around to cause problems for market women everytime. I wanted to pass away the incident but looking behind were the guy was standing I saw crayfish been scatter on the ground and I find out that is still the same that scatter the crayfish from another women still in the same place, and I was like "what is going on with this guy".

Still in that same moment he was insulting the women with some hate speech still that same moment he pushed down another person cooler which was filled with bottle drinks, sausage water and can drinks everything just fell down and some of the bottle were broken to pairs, people around keep watching the guy some advance people said that is time to get the guy arrested or killed In the process of jungle Justices.

After the guy push down the drinks cooler he move away from the place, the drinks cooler that he wasted was monitor by a small boy of around 9 years old which his mom left the place for him to attend for people that want to buy drinks hoping when she is back she will continue from were he stop imagine how the mom will feel when she see that.

I was trying to get information from someone that witness the issue from the origin, according to the eye witness the notorious guy ask the first woman for garri the garri he requested from the woman was for free the woman refuse to give him ask him to bring money and buy saying she doesn't give her items for free, that is when the guy started the destroying her umbrella, when the crayfish woman tell him to leave the woman that sell garri alone he meet the women and scatter her items saying why should she advised him not to do his mind.

Problem just full everyway people without job or hand on the street anytime the feel hungry there will find people things to seal or look for people to intimidate in order to collect something for you by force, such people need to be reported to the government to take legal action on them.
