Another little insect that I like to photograph is lady beetles. A fascinating beetle that is usually found in the wood or in the bushes. It is also called ladybird, the symbol of good luck and human friendly which sometimes can be found sitting or crawling on our shoulders. Ladybug belongs to Coccinellidae, a widespread insects, where the Entomologists prefer to call this lovely beetle with ladybird beetles or lady beetles instead of ladybug. Most ladybirds are plant-eater, such as aphids, and in doing so they help to protect crops. As I love hunting insects, I insisted to take a couple of shots of this beetle before I left the hunting spot. Anyway, I got its body shots and that is fine as long as I can admire this creature that always attract me with its appearance. Ladybugs are considered highly beneficial, harmless insects. They don’t sting. And though they do rarely bite, it feels like a light pinch.
