- 2 medium potatoes peeled and cut into big cubes
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 chopped onion
- 5 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 bay leaves

- 1/2 cup water
- cooking oil for sauteing

once the mixture started to simmer, add the potatoes. Cover and cook in medium heat until the chicken is tender and the potatoes are thoroughly cooked.
Step 4:
Taste the dish and adjust the flavor and its up to your taste. Continue to simmer until the sauce will thickens and will coat to the chicken and the potato.
