#119: Writing Expedition || Achieve natural health by making time for regular exercise

Greetings, dear Steemean friends

Dear friends, admins, and all beloved community moderators. In this writing expedition #119, I will be taking the theme of Natural Health. To achieve this, I exercise regularly, both during the day and again this evening.

In between my current busy schedule at school, with various mandatory routines, such as guiding and ensuring the success of the final computer-based exams for 6th grade students, inputting orphan data and preparing all the necessary documents, and various other essential activities, I also make time for exercise in between these busy schedules, simply to maintain my health so that I can complete the various activities that have been postponed to the best of my ability.

A few nights ago, as I was preparing for the Monday exams for sixth-grade students at my school, I also had time to play futsal, a sport I enjoy on a regular field in the Lhokseumawe area, with all the young people and teenagers in my village.

I play futsal purely to sweat, because exercise helps maintain physical condition and health. Despite the various activities I have during the day and night, from mandatory routines and so on, it doesn't stop me from exercising, even if only briefly.

At school, I also often do morning exercises and play soccer with my classmates and other classes during gym class. Of course, the main goal is simply to sweat, namely exercise. I also take advantage of my sports activities, such as playing soccer with the kids, to prepare them for playing soccer well. Sometimes, during Independence Day celebrations, there are soccer tournaments for schoolchildren. Of course, with early preparation, we can achieve maximum results.

Currently, I am very busy with various mandatory routines, especially at the school where I work. However, I still try to exercise as much as possible, at least by taking a leisurely walk after morning prayers, even if it's not something I do regularly.

Because exercising keeps me healthy, even though I still get sick occasionally. However, by exercising, I hope that the pain I experience will heal quickly with regular exercise.
