Friends, how are you all? I hope you are well, and I am well too, Alhamdulillah. Today I have come to participate in a great contest where we can present a special one from the various recipes we have cooked this week, and we must take care that it is healthy for children. We will also take care that guardians can prepare such recipes and present them to their family's children. But let's go today, I have prepared a recipe with horn fish and potatoes where we can present all the nutrients of fish and potatoes to children through the same meal. I am presenting the details of how I prepared it below.

The Process of receipe
Step 01
First, I boiled the potatoes, peeled them and put them in a bowl. I also chopped a good amount of bitter gourd. Then I washed and cleaned the hornfish. Here, I have to wash and clean the black layer on the hornfish. Then I will put a pan on the stove and fry it well with chopped onion and bay leaf in oil.

Step 02
Then I will take all the dry spices, ginger paste and garlic paste together on a plate. Then I will grind the spices and onions well. Then I will add boiled potatoes and bitter gourd to the spices.

Then I will grind them well for two minutes, add a little water and wait for a while. Then I will add fish and cook 2 minute then I will add the required amount of water here, I must check the salt thoroughly, and then if everything is fine, I will add a spoonful of fried cumin seeds on top. I will take it off the stove and prepare it for serving by putting some fish and potatoes in a bowl, and this is how my nutritious fish and potato recipe for today is prepared.

So friends, look how quickly I managed to make a delicious fish recipe that is healthy because we get a lot of protein, minerals and vitamins from potatoes and fish, which our body needs.
