The Diary Game: Going To Saturday Morning Church Program With My Son (19/07/2025)

Good day my people here in steemit, it's very late in the evening here in Nigeria, I don't know about your region so let me tell you something real quick about my day, please follow me step by step so you will get how it was.

We had morning program in the church and I happened to be the lead pastor who was to preside over there service, I had spent the night preparing my sermon and all then when morning came I took my son and we went to church while my wife went to her work.

Since it was a brief service, we did not spend much time in the church, as I was the person presiding over the service, I just had to hurry up, because I had other things to do at home and in the shop.

When we came back from church, my son was crying already telling me he was very hungry, I knew he will not like to eat soup in the morning so I bought bread and fried egg then made tea for him to enjoy his breakfast while I warmed soup and ate for my breakfast and lunch, I ate for the both because I might not have time to eat again later in the day.

After eating, I wanted to just rest so that when I wake up I will have strength to go and work. I slept for some time and my son also joined me to sleep,so when we woke up, I washed the plates in the kitchen so that my wife will not come and see dirty plates.

After washing the plates, it was sunny so I took some of the clothes that were dirty and the wrapper and washed in the house, I did not want to pack them to the shop to wash, I had other important clothes to wash at the shop so I wanted to finish these ones here before going to work.

After I finished washing the clothes, I dressed and went to the shop, there was light so I started ironing the clothes that was dried up the other day, while ironing the clothes I had already put the other in the washing machine so that before I finish Ironing they might have been cleaned so that I can rinse and do fast.

I did not even check the time that I was still at the shop till 7pm in the evening but I wanted to finish up so that I won't carryover any week day work to weekend, I like handling week end work differently from week days and by 8pm I was able to finish with packaging the clothes for my customers.

After I was done, I closed the shop and went back to the house to meet my wife, I took my son and back him since he was sleeping. When I got back to the house, my lovely wife cooked rice and vegetable for us so I boiled egg and added to it and ate it. The food was sumptuous.

When I finished eating, I bath because the sweat was too much, I felt really hot because of the hotness of pressing iron, I went to the bathroom and within minutes I came out refreshed and then I wrote a diary on steemit and went to my room and slept.
