I am Md. Mamun, steemit name @mamun123456, I am from Bangladesh, but currently I am in Malaysia, friends, music means a touch of the soul to me. I have had a strange bond with music since childhood. When I am alone, or when I am sad, I am try to sing songs, actually I love to sing, I am the kind of person who loves to express my feelings through singing. So when I found out that there is a singing competition, I thought, this is the opportunity! To sing a short song in my own voice.

The song that I have chosen for this competition is:- “How close are you to me”.
The melody and lyrics of this song always create a kind of soft emotion in my mind. I feel as if the song is written by me, talking about my life. There are some relationships that come into our lives, people we don’t even know well, but strangely they seem very familiar to us. This song is for those unseen people.

Why did you join this competition, and what's your view about it?
The reason for participating in this competition is also completely personal. I want to overcome my inner fear and walk towards confidence. Every time I sing, I find myself anew. This competition is not just a competition, it is a big opportunity for me to learn, an opportunity to see new talents up close.
