Preparing an African Egusi soup is a simple task everyone here can do, including or parents and the kids. Its a very simple, easy, and fast food to prepare. So below here are few steps in preparing this soup;

Ingredients Needed;
Meat or fish.
Stockfish.
Fresh pepper.
Ofor or Achi.
Melon.
Maggi.
Salt.
Kpomo.
Vegetables.

Step 1:

As you all know that am a student, so I didn't have all the necessary ingredients in preparing this soup, but all the same, it tasted nice. Firstly, I started by washing and cutting my kpomo into bits. I didn't had enough money to purchase meat or fish.

Step 8:
After that, I added my Egusi and waited for the Egusi to boil well. I would have fried the Egusi, but I didn't have enough oil for that. So, I did it this method.
