Games! The sound of it are always appealing. Well I am not a game person. But I always love anything that will help me keep mentally active and always puts me in suspense.

So when I finally decided to check out on this memory game, I saw that it is something which will assist me enhance my mental skill and agility. So great thanks to @kafio for making this game that helps with mental skill available.

Opening the game page

Since it is my first time to play the game, I clicked on the link, which requested for my steemit username and password. I filled in the details in the box and tapped login. I was taken straight to the game page. I took my time to explore the page, read through them and saw the free game and the paid game.

Being my first time in the game, i opted for the free one. The page opened and I saw why it is a memory game.

There are boxes that were covered which you need to open and match the same item with another box that will be opened. The gimmick is that, you need to memorize the item of a particular card and its position which you have earlier opened, such that when you open a corresponding items elsewhere on the board, you will be able to match it with that one.

However the more moves you make to match same character or item cards, the less points you have and more time you spend to complete the game. On the other hand, the less moves it takes you to match the cards, the more points you have, the less time that will be spent to complete the game.

So it is a game of mental agility, logic and time. Combining these three things have never been easy, but i have to play the game.

I played the game six times. The funny thing is that the first attempt gave me the best result.

My first attempt

My pairings were faster, i was able to remember the cards opened earlier that matched the current one. The time taken was also less.

However,, the other times I played, I had less points and spent more time playing them. I guess it was due to lack of concentration while doing so. The game requires paying undivided attention while playing it.

You can see the remaining scores for the other times I played it. So when I want to play the game next time. I will ensure nothing distracts me and give it all my best.

The game is really a brain teaser and one that will enhance mental agility.

Food

Food is one thing that everyone in the world cherishes even animals loves it. It has become a source of joy and happiness to man right from the creation of man.

Every country, ethnic group, tribe and culture have cuisines that are peculiar to them. The same is true of me and where I come from.

Oshiewu and Nkwobi

Two of our dishes that gives me much joy and satisfaction is the Ishi-Ewu (goat head) or Nkwobi ( prepared with cow feet).

These are beautiful delicacies made specially with the head and feet of these two domestic animals. Goat and cow are domesticated and many farmers rear them.

Those parts of the animal have unique texture in the mouth, taste and aroma. They are prepared with local spices and leaves which adds to its taste. It is usually prepared to be enjoyed with family and friends or during occasions. The preparations are almost the same but the major distinction is the particular meat used to prepare it.

Have you ever eaten the tongue of a goat or the ears or the feet of the cow? You will know that some meat parts are naturally endowed with special tastes.

What are the ingredients used for these?

The primary ingredient here is the meat. Once the meat is bought and cooked well, other things can be prepared and added to it. It is enjoyed with Palm wine.

Nsala Soup

Another delicacy is white soup(Nsala Soup).

The major thing there is the white soup. Why is it called the white soup? Because, unlike other soups, you don't use red oil to cook it. You also use small yam or the fat of the meat as a thickener to thicken the soup.

It is best when several parts of the goat meat is being used. Parts like intestines both small and large, rib cages, tails and the torso part of the meat. It can also be prepared using fresh fish and cat fish. Added to it are also stock fish.

For lovers of meat and fish, whenever you visit my country, do not fail to taste it, you will definitely be delighted and make it an unforgettable experience.
