Ibrahimabad Railway Station is located in Bhuapur police station of Tangail district. This railway station is located right on the banks of the Yamuna.Earlier, this station was named Bangabandhu Setu East Station, now this station is called Ibrahimabad Station. The first such modern station in Bangladesh has been built in our Tangail.

This station can be said to be the heart of Tangail residents, all trains from the northern, western, and southern regions pass through this station.The station has been built in a modern style. Everything about this station has a touch of modernity.This station has four railway lines, all stations have two railway lines each which is called double line. Hey station has four lines

There is an overbridge to travel from one platform to another. With the help of this overbridge, passengers can cross from one line to another, which means there is no risk of death. This station is very clean.The flyover at this station is very modern.

This flyover has a special feature. There is an elevator to get up and down the flyover, and this elevator is reserved for specific people to use.This elevator is only reserved for disabled and elderly people.

This station has a modern ticket counter from which you can collect tickets.This counter is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The booking assistants at this counter sell tickets very respectfully and treat passengers very well.

Two trains bound for Chilahati pass through this station, one is the Chilahati Express, the other is the Nil Sagar Express.The Nilsagar Express leaves Dhaka in the morning for Tilahati and passes through this station, and the Chilahati Express arrives from Dhaka in the afternoon.And three trains towards Panchagarh pass through this station, one is the fast train express, Ekta Express and Panchagarh Express.

Kurigram Express is a train heading towards Kurigram, Lalmoni Express is a train heading towards Lalmoni, and Rangpur Express is a train heading towards Rangpur.5 trains ply towards Rajshahi: Banalata Express, Madhumoti Express, Dhumketu Express, Padma Express, Silk City Express.And a train heading towards Khulna, the Chitra Express, passes through this station.And a train runs in Sirajganj, the Sirajganj Express.Also, numerous local trains pass through this station, making it undoubtedly the busiest railway station.

There was some fallow land next to this station, recently a fruit orchard has been built on the land of this station. This is railway land, so the beauty of the railway will be enhanced by the fruit orchard.

The World Road runs past this station, where buses, taxis, private cars, CNG and countless other vehicles ply 24 hours a day.

This station is located next to the Jamuna Bridge and the Jamuna River. There is a new rail bridge over the Jamuna Bridge. The Jamuna Rail Bridge is located next to it.As a child of Tangail, I am proud of this station. It is one of our favorite places in Tangail. May everyone be well and healthy, even you.
