Life may treat us, at times, even so badly. The only choice we have left at this moment is a need to restart ourselves and rise again.

Where our hope to keep thriving lies is always in our dreams and our loved ones.

Which factors kick you from inside to restart yourself? Share with us!

The thought that gives me that determination to restart myself is mainly my family. I always wish to make them proud of me. I wish to be a kind that whenever I approach, all I see are smiling faces around me.

My condition may not be pleasing currently, but I want a perfect future for myself. The determination to show the world the best version of myself is one of the key factors that as always kept me driving forward with the hope of achieving it.

I do not want praise from the world, but I want to be outstanding, much like a symbol of HOPE to everyone.

Although most times I do look down at myself, wondering if I will ever achieve my dreams, one thought will always come to my mind, "Never give up, there is always hope, keep striving to see the end".
Immediately, I will pull myself together and move on without looking back.

Do you think feel-good factors are vital to perform(personal and professional fields)?How?

Absolutely yes, feel-good factors are so important to perform.

The amazing thing when we feel good inside, it reflects in all we do.

When we feel happy, love and confidence, we will also pass it to others, and be able to resolve issues with ease.

It boasts our connections with people, be it at work or school, we can easily focus and move on without hindrance.


What will be your suggestions to one who wants to feel good from the inside? Share.
  • Handle yourself just like you would with a friend, don't take things so hard on yourself, especially when you are facing difficulties.

  • Ensure to be around people who will help you grow strong and courageous, and avoid those who may think you are a loser.

  • Exercise both your body and mind, eat well, and have enough rest. Free your mind from every unproductive thought, stay happy and keep thriving.

  • Engage in activities that make you happy and the ones that will lead you to your dreams.

  • Never look down on any achievements you have acquired, express gratitude no matter how little it may be, even if no one acknowledges it, don't stop moving forward.

Lastly, you don't have to be perfect to feel good; it's about understanding who you are and what you want, being at peace with yourself and never letting anything stand in your way, nor stop you from achieving your dreams.
