When you learn to find joy within yourself, you gain a sense of control that nothing else can match. You no longer depend on outside factors or other people to make you feel valued or content. Instead, you create your own mood and outlook. This independence gives you strength, especially during tough times.

Everyone faces moments when they feel low or disappointed. Life can be hard, and setbacks often shake our confidence. At these times, we all need something that can reboot our morale and help us move forward.

Knowing how to find happiness from within is a skill that most people can develop with patience. It helps you stay balanced.

“Which factors kick you from inside to restart yourself?”

I believe that my happiness and sense of well-being are entirely my responsibility. It is up to me to take charge of how I feel, rather than relying on others to do it for me. I understand that I should not expect someone else to do something that will instantly lift my mood or make me feel good.

I recognize that I must actively seek out activities and thoughts that bring joy and peace to my life. Whether it’s spending time outdoors, practicing gratitude, reading, or simply taking a few deep breaths when I feel overwhelmed, I need to develop personal habits that support my emotional health.

This understanding motivates me to focus on cultivating happiness from within. I want my state of mind to be stable and positive. I believe that true contentment starts with my own choices—how I react to challenges, how I view setbacks, and how I nurture my inner peace.

My goal is to become a person who radiates positivity and maintains a cheerful attitude. I understand that this doesn’t mean forcing a fake smile or ignoring problems.

Still there are times when I may not be in my best mental and emotional state and I will need some boost. I have a couple of my own feel good factors which are all connected to nature. I would go by the sea-side, take a nice long walk and that will change my mood.

Do you think feel-good factors are vital to perform(personal and professional fields)

These small acts are very important. They serve as your personal way of quickly boosting energy and shifting into a more positive mood. Life is full of ups and downs. There’s always something happening.

When life gets overwhelming, knowing what can bring you back to life is key. For some, a short walk outside can clear the mind. For others, listening to a favorite song lifts the spirit.

It’s also important to recognize that these moments when you feel low are normal. Nobody is happy all the time. Life has its seasons—some days are brighter, some darker. Understanding this can make it easier to accept those periods of low energy or mood.

What will be your suggestions to one who wants to feel good from the inside?

Maintaining a positive mental state is crucial for overall well-being. When you focus on keeping your outlook upbeat, it becomes easier to handle life's challenges with resilience. Regular meditation plays a key role in achieving this.

In addition to meditation, reading books that inspire and motivate you can lift your spirits. Choose stories or topics that fill you with hope, encourage personal growth, or remind you of the good in life.

Spending time in nature also significantly boosts your mental health. Going for walks in the park, hiking in the woods, or simply sitting outside in the sunshine can work wonders.

Finding your own ways to be happy is essential. Relying on people or possessions to make you feel good can lead to disappointment. Instead, focus on activities that bring you genuine joy.

For me the key is to fill your days with activities that keep you in high spirits, making happiness not just a fleeting moment but a regular part of your life.

Life is beautiful and it's meant to be lived in good spirits so that you experience it in it's full capacity, and that will only happen if we are in a positive state of being.
