How are you all I hope everyone is doing well Today I have come here to participate in the competition that has been announced from our admin ma'am's ID. I will try to share my thoughts beautifully in this wonderful contest.

In our journey through life there are some moments experiences or feelings that help us awaken from within and begin anew. I want to share a few things that inspire me from within to restart in a fresh way Sitting under a green tree watching the sunrise in the early morning. or hearing the birds chirping these small natural scenes calm me They remind me that life is still beautiful. and it's always possible to start again Sometimes someone's story of struggle touches me so deeply that it fills me with courage. I feel if they can do it so can I That feeling creates a kind of inner strength in this busy life.

Spending quiet or lonely moments helps me understand myself better I get the time to reflect on my mistakes dreams and goals. These moments feel like self-purification Often the language of the heart cannot be spoken in words but a song expresses it perfectly. A deep song its lyrics or tune can touch the soul sometimes even bringing tears that lighten the burden of the heart. Then suddenly the mind feels lighter and wants to start afresh with new energy The love and support from my family are a huge strength. When everything seems lost just looking at their faces gives me the will to stand up again. Failure teaches me where I went wrong and reminds me that if I start again maybe this time I'll succeed. My small dreams for the future which I haven't fulfilled yet wake me up every day I tell myself If I move a little forward today maybe tomorrow I’ll be able to reach that dream.

✅Do you think feel-good factors are vital to perform (personal and professional fields)? How?

Yes I strongly believe that feel good factors are very important in both personal and professional life. They don’t just bring joy but also add depth pace and mental peace to every aspect of life. These things bring peace to our minds When we engage in things we enjoy like listening to music painting or spending time in nature it significantly reduces stress. It lightens our mental load These feel-good elements help us understand who we truly are They clarify our likes dislikes dreams and interests. They play a big role in building our self-identity When we stay connected to the things we love life feels more meaningful These small moments of happiness make us genuinely happy in the long run.

When we truly enjoy something we don’t need to force ourselves to do it we do it with passion. This improves the quality of our work and gives us inner satisfaction. When we focus on things we enjoy we can use our thoughts ideas and talents more deeply It creates new opportunities. This is one of the keys to professional growth If we can turn something we love into our profession it becomes more than just a livelihood it becomes a way of life. Then work no longer feels like a burden Each day feels like a new journey These feel good factors keep both our soul and our work alive. In personal life they lift our mood and boost our self esteem In professional life they bring us success creativity and fulfillment.

✅What will be your suggestions to one who wants to feel good from the inside? Share.

Wanting to feel good from within is a very natural and important human desire. It’s essential for mental peace confidence and improving the quality of life. For those who wish to feel good from within I would like to share some real and practical suggestions Learn to love yourself. Accept yourself just the way you are Accept your flaws and weaknesses but view them as opportunities for growth. Set aside at least 15–30 minutes every day just for yourself whether it’s for reading a book taking a walk or simply sitting in silence.Talk to yourself This habit helps you clear your inner thoughts Stay away from people who constantly criticize speak negatively or belittle you. Surround yourself with positive inspiring people this keeps your mind happy too Do the things you enjoy whether it’s singing dancing cooking gardening,

writing or anything else Feel-good activities awaken the joy inside us Every night before going to bed. write down 2–3 small things you’re grateful for This gradually calms your mind and makes it more positive Sometimes even helping someone in a small way brings a deep sense of satisfaction. Good deeds light a different kind of flame inside us Stop comparing yourself to others Spending too much time on social media increases frustration. Instead focus on real-life experiences Sitting under a tree watching the morning light walking beside a river these experiences bring a kind of purity and peace to our hearts. Don’t carry your inner pain alone share it with someone trustworthy Talking to someone about your feelings often lightens your heart If you truly want to feel good from within. you must turn inward No matter how much light exists outside the real light glows from within your heart.
