Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's a short diary on Saturday.
On Saturday, the first workday of the week for me, I consulted only 14 patients in my chamber. Hence, it was a relaxing duty day. The morning shift was way more soothing than the evening shift. In the visa medical section, I examined some people who came for a fitness test.
After lunch, I walked on the treadmill for 25 minutes. At night, I wanted to walk again, but I couldn't. I had to look after the child while my wife was cooking. However, that 25-minute treadmill walk helped me reach 11,222 steps on Saturday (according to the Fitbit app).
There were thick clouds in the sky on Saturday. Perhaps, it rained a little at some points (according to the marks on the car). In the afternoon, there was a heavy, dusty storm. All three pictures here were captured during the short-lived storm.
Okay. That's all for today. I am alive, thriving, and healthy, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
