Things we do as an automatic action or reaction

How are you all? Of course you are very good. Today I am participating in a very beautiful competition. Where I have been asked to know some very important things. I am sharing some incidents with you about what these small daily tasks make us realize.

Friends, in our lives, we do some things as if they are a part of our daily habits. But sometimes we do them with thought, sometimes it is through sudden reactions. Today I share some of my small moments that were part of my everyday life. I am writing this real experience article, it is not an invented story.

What do I think when I stand in front of an escalator?

I go to a shopping mall, and see an automatic escalator in front of me, I stop for a moment. My eyes go to the speed of the stairs and the gaps. I think to myself, what if my shoes get stuck! Then I slowly raise one foot. It always happens unconsciously. Sometimes, when I hear the stairs all of a sudden, I get pushed against my heart.

What is my natural reaction when someone sneezes?

Actually, no one wants to sneeze in front of anyone. I have to go to many places for various purposes, most of the time there are a lot of people around. It feels a little uncomfortable when someone suddenly sneezes in front of me. This is normal, then I unconsciously feel that if I wanted to, I could have covered my mouth with my hand and sneezed. Then I stand back a little or turn to the side, so that I can avoid the wind.

Where do I go first when I go to the shopping mall?

This is a very interesting thing, actually I am a bit of a glutton. I can't handle it anymore when I see food. My eyes first go to where there is always something new to eat. Then even if I am not hungry, my eyes and mouth water! I see what new food is there, maybe I buy something, or if I don't buy it, I walk around a bit. It is a kind of habit.

The water in the fridge is almost out - what do I do?

When I see that there is a little water in the jug, I take it, and then fill the jug. But I feel a little bad, why does everyone just eat, no one fills it? It seems that after coming back from a little sport or work, I feel hot and I leave a little water in the fridge, and someone eats it again. It is annoying.

When I wash my own plate, I see that others have it too - then?

I wash my plate, but at the same time I say, "Whose plate is this? Come and wash it yourself!" Sometimes someone comes, most of the time they don't! at least my mind is light, so I say it. I don't care what anyone thinks.

What do I think when I leave the house?

Every day, when I leave the house, I say to myself: "Alah let me save me well, I can return to health.
I never fail to say this. Because there is no guarantee of life and death, and I can't even say when I will die.

What do I do on the street if someone pushes me?

If someone pushes me lightly on the street, my first step is to reach for my pocket or bag, is my mobile phone, wallet all right? Then I look at his face and become a little wary. If he is someone I know, I don't say anything, and if he is a stranger, I pick a fight with him as I please.

We do many things every day that may not be noticeable to us. But they highlight our personality, thoughts, and habits. Through this article, I have shared my small habits, which may be similar to yours.

At every moment of life, our actions are sometimes planned, sometimes sudden. But these small things make us real.
