The Diary Game: From Good Start To A Beautiful End/ A Satisfying Day 12-07-2025

Hello ladies and gentlemen of steemit, I am humbled by how today turned out to be, I am your friend @joychi102 and today I thought everything was going south but for some reasons it turned out to my favour.

In the morning, I and my kids were in the parlour watching movie, this was after we finished praying, we did not have anywhere to go and even my kids were not going to school because it was weekend.

My husband went to the shop to open it while I was still with the kids and trying to figure out what we will eat for breakfast. When the day finally break, I switched off the television and assigned chores to my kids to do then I went to my kids and I went to the kitchen to make breakfast with what was at home.

They finished their chores and breakfast was ready, I made dry noodles with fried egg, that was what they all asked for and I was down to making it for them because why not? It's weekend after all.

when they finished eating, I wanted to wash some clothes but my husband called me and told me to come to the shop and stay because he had an urgent call to attend to so I hurried out to the shop without wasting time.

I took the breakfast with me and gave it to my husband so that he can eat before he rushes out to wherever he wanted to know, I know the business call would take time before he comes back home.

In the afternoon, the trailer for drinks came, it was a call from my husband that made them come, these are the same people that don't even pick my calls but seeing my husband's call they picked and came as fast as they could, I gave them the inventory of what to offload and after they finished offloading I gave them their money and they went back.

So, my kids joined me in the shop and we were together doing the sales, my sister had gone out for her football training so I was expecting her to come back maybe evening time or late afternoon because that's how she do come back to the house lately when she goes out for training.

So, that evening there were so much sales to start with, I was actually growing tired attending to customers by myself, my kids were out there playing, it wasn't too long when my sister came back from her training then freshened up and came to the shop to help me, then I was relieved.

We were at the shop till night and I became sleepy and tired, I told my sister to help me pack things inside so that we can go back home and rest and we joined hands and pack things inside that was when we went back home.

The soup that was in the fridge, I removed it and defrosted it before I gave it to my kids and sister then put my husband's own in a flask and ate mine. He came back early and by that time I was still sleeping on the couch, when I locked all the doors knowing fully well that we were all complete in the house, I slept off.
