Greetings, friends.
The period of free fresh food has begun. More precisely, it started earlier, around May, but the zucchini and courgettes period started at our house about 2 weeks ago. Now there are dishes made from this healthy vegetable on our table almost every day.


As my wife says, we really love zucchini and zucchini. This love has been passed on to our children. I'm going to Moscow today, and yesterday we picked a fresh crop for my daughter and son-in-law. But my wife was sad that she hadn't harvested the zucchini a couple of days ago.
But these zucchini are also soft now, even though they are quite a big size.
This size is very convenient for frying zucchini, slicing them into rounds and rolling them in egg batter with fresh garlic from the garden.
For winter storage, we collect ripened vegetables with thick skins. This way they can be stored for a long time if there is no damage to them. But I think that you, my friends, will see this in the fall. I'll show you the big plump "piglets"
