Hello, friends! I hope we are al in God's grace and mercy. The weather is still gloomy n our place; weather disturbances had become typhoons and some parts of the country is still flooded, now another one is coming. I hope those people who were submerged in flood will recover soon.
Anyway, I will share again another heart breaking story about my pets, another one died after the red cap died the day before. Again, this time,I went to go to work on installing electrical wires; this time, Kuya Ruel sent Arman to work with me on installing the electrical wires at an unfinished building. I also brought an extra shirt so there is no need to take my shirt off even though it was very hot.
Arman and I were very careful, we only had to step on wood, while working and one wrong move sure will make us fall to the ground. The wood were taken from the moulds the construction workers used to make the posts and they are not stapled o the truss so we had to make small moves to be safe
Arman was so focused on the job that he did not notice me taking pictures while he was working
I turned around a bit to take a solo selfie while holding on to the truss
The wires were wrapped on this orange tube for protection. All that's left was to guide the wires and finalize its route.
The power supply was disrupted that day but I was too sad when I arrived home and found this little fish lifeless floating on the aquarium. This time, the dead fish is a koi fish and I had been keeping it for two months. Too sad this happened.
You see the fish is still very small but it's one already, and the water filter was not yet working due to no power supply. I did not even give them food today because the fish would become even more vulnerable when they are full and there is no oxygen supply.
The pail on the end of the picture is my water filter, it needs the water pump to work, it will filter out waste made by the fish and also supplies oxygen by the falling water it already filtered.
Here are some more of my fish
One of the many reason why I get heart broken when my fish dies is because I bought them at a fair price , and I spent many weeks to groom them, feeding them quality feeds to grow and even supplying the good water and oxygen. Not to mention I had high electricity bills because of my water and air pump which I use for them.
My fish is not that high quality but as soon as they come to my aquarium,I get attached to them and I would like to keep them, seeing them grow and hopefully , reproduce.
Anyway, bygones are bygone and in some things, lost could never be recovered that is why there is only one way to come out of this nightmare and that is to move on.
The loss of my fish did not only break my heart but also gave me a lesson to learn what to do and what not to do while keeping and taking care of other creatures that God has made.
