สวัสดีครับเพื่อนๆ นักชิมทั้งหลาย! พ่อครัวนักชิมประจำถิ่น สากลคนอร่อย กลับมาพร้อมกับเรื่องราวความอร่อยสุดขีดจากย่านอ้อมน้อย จังหวัดสมุทรสาครครับ! ลืมดาวมิชลินไปก่อน เพราะวันนี้เราจะบุกตะลุยร้านอาหารลับๆ ใกล้บ้าน ที่จะทำให้ประสาทสัมผัสของคุณเต้นระบำ! ผมนี่แทบจะนั่งไม่ติดเก้าอี้แล้วที่จะเล่าถึงสี่เมนูสุดฟินที่เพิ่งลิ้มลองมาจากร้านอาหารแถวบ้าน – เตรียมตัวพบกับเทศกาลรสชาติสุดเหวี่ยงได้เลย!

เริ่มกันที่เมนูแรก ยำทะเล! โอ้โห...คุณพระช่วย! ลองจินตนาการภาพภูเขาไฟทะเลเดือดปุดๆ ที่อัดแน่นไปด้วยกุ้ง ปลาหมึก และหอยแมลงภู่สดๆ คลุกเคล้ากับน้ำยำรสแซ่บจี๊ดจ๊าด เปรี้ยว เผ็ด หอมกลิ่นสมุนไพร ทุกคำที่กัดเข้าไปเหมือนกับการเดินไต่เชือกบนความเผ็ดร้อนและความสดชื่น – มันปลุกทุกต่อมรับรสให้ตื่นขึ้นมาร้องเพลงเลยครับ!
