@justyy has held on to the top spot, but with the incoming votes from @rme and new whale @hungry-griffin, there have been movements in the rankings below him. @symbionts has moved up one place to #2 and @dev.supporters has climbed 3 spots to third position. Among the main topics was the forthcoming Steem Development Incentive Program which has a budget of $350,000 to support development on Steem, and how to attract developers from outside Steem.
