Tryardim is a non-profit community project which started as to support Turkish bloggers at Steemit. The project has been supporting the authors by voting blog posts written under the #tr tag since the first day it started. In Steemit, this tag is used for Turkish posts or posts that are about Turkey. Steem Powers of the Turkish Community members here, unfortunately, is not yet at a desired level. This is why new users coming might decide not to use the system after a few tries because they can’t get enough support despite sharing really nice content.

Our goal as Tryardim is on one hand, to bring in newcomers to the system by supporting them, and on the other hand, supporting the posts of existing users they publish on their native language. Tryardim selects 10-15 posts every day and votes for those posts. Since it doesn’t have much voting power, it is not easy to increase the number of supported posts and users for now. Currently, it can vote each post with a $0.35 value with the available Steem Power it has. With the remaining VP, we are participating in the partnership program of other countries’ communities and aside from trying to get additional votes for the articles we are also trying to ensure engagement with other communities. If the available SP amount can be doubled, meaning if we can get additional support of 5.000 SP / 150 Steem, then we can vote each post with a $0.7 value vote. If more support can be found, then it could be possible to increase the number of articles to be selected and the vote value to $1.

It might especially be helpful to state these as well; it is really important for us that the articles to be selected are complying with the steemcleaners and Steemit rules. It is amongst our indispensable rules that there is no \"spam\", \"plagiarism\", \"image plagiarism\", \"tag abuse / spam\", and similar contraventions. At the existing discord channel, newcomers are helped with useful topics about the system from A to Z, trying to resolve their deficiencies. Users are helped with the things they are deficient of and are informed about their mistakes and ensured that they are solved. Also, the voluntary team members are constantly providing articles and comments to help the newcomers get used to the system as soon as possible.

As of now, Tryardim project has helped 300+ users and we received nice feedbacks from all of them. The voluntary team is working with great devotion for the development and growth of the project and to help more people with greater support. But, Tryardim is managed by small team and it also doesn’t have great resources in monetary terms. So, the support of charitable people like you is very important for the development of Tryardim. With your support we can; increase the number of users and posts to be supported, help undiscovered talented bloggers adapt to the system, help newcomers stay in Steemit for a longer time and help this great system expand in or country so more people will come in. Tryardım Steemit'te Türkçe okuyup yazan blog sahiplerini desteklemek amacıyla kurulmuş olan kar amacı olmayan bir topluluk projesidir. Proje kurulduğu ilk günden beri #tr tagi altında yazılan kaliteli blog yazılarına oy vererek yazarları desteklemektedir. Bu tag Steemit'te Türkçe veya Türkiye ile ilgili yazılan postlar için kullanılmaktadır. Buradaki Türk topluluğu üyelerinin sahip oldukları Steem power'lar maalesef henüz yeterli düzeyde değil. Bu yüzden yeni gelen üyeler çok güzel içerikler paylaşmalarına rağmen yeterince destek göremediklerinden birkaç deneme sonrası sistemi kullanmamaya karar verebiliyorlar.

Tryardim olarak amacımız yeni gelen üyelere destek olarak sisteme kazandırırken diğer taraftan da mevcut üyelerin ana dillerinde yaptıkları paylaşımları desteklemektir. Tryardim her gün 10-15 yazı seçerek bu yazılara oy veriyor. Şimdilik oy değeri fazla olmadığından desteklenen yazıların ve üyelerin sayısını artırmak kolay değil. Mevcut Steem power miktarı ile her yazıya şu anda yaklaşık 0.35 $ oy verilebiliyor. Geri kalan VP ile diğer ülkelerin toplulukları ile ortalık programına katılarak yazılar için ek oy desteği dışında diğer topluluklarla etkileşim sağlanmaya çalışılıyor. Eğer sahip olunan SP miktarı 2 katına çıkarılırsa yani 5.000 SP / 150 Steem daha destek bulunursa her yazıya 0.70 $ karşılığında oy verebiliriz. Daha fazla destek bulunursa seçilen yazı sayısını artırarak oy değerini 1 $’a çıkarmak mümkün olabilir.

Şunları da belirtmemiz özellikle faydalı olabilir; seçilen yazılarda steemcleaners ve Steemit kurallarına uyulmasına büyük önem veriyoruz. \"Spam\", \"plagiarism\", \"resim plagiarism\", \"tag abuse & spam\" ve benzeri ihlallerin yapılmamış olması olmazsa olmaz kurallarımız arasında yer alıyor. Yeni katılan üyelere mevcut discord sunucusunda sistemle ilgili faydalı konularda A’dan Z’ye yardımcı olunuyor ve eksikliklerini giderilmeye çalışılıyor. Kullanıcılara eksik oldukları yerde yardımcı olunuyor ve yapmış oldukları hataları konusunda bilgilendirilerek düzeltilmeleri sağlanıyor. Ayrıca gönüllü ekip üyeleri sürekli bu konularda yazılar ve yorumlar paylaşarak yeni gelenlerin mümkün olduğunca en kısa sürede sisteme ayak uydurmalarına yardımcı olmaktadırlar.

Şu ana kadar Tryardim projesi kapsamında 300+ üyeye destek olundu ve hepsinden güzel geri dönüşler alındı. Tryardim destek projesininin büyüyerek ilerlemesi ve daha fazla kişiye daha fazla destek olabilmek için gönüllü ekip büyük bir özveri ile çalışmaktadır. Ancak Tryardim küçük bir ekip tarafından yönetilmektedir ve maddi açıdan da büyük kaynaklara sahip değildir. Bu yüzden, sizin gibi yardımseverlerin desteği tryardim'ın gelişmesi için büyük önem taşımaktadır.
