When the eyes of American astronomers are turned towards Europe, the moon of Jupiter, and thanks to the latest scientific research, which is another indication of the possibility of alien life there, Russian billionaires do not want to be worse and start to think seriously about exploring the nearest space, in terms of looking for a life.
One of the most famous multibillarders from Russia is Yuri Milner. He is the originator of the Breaktrough Initiatives project, which was created to search for alien life outside Earth. A well-known physicist, Stephen Hawking, was also involved in the project. Together, they wanted to send probes to the Alpha Centauri area to see if there was an alien civilization living on one of the planets.
Now Milner (holding the 14th position on the list of the richest people on Earth) has initiated another project. Under him, he wants to send Enceladus, the moon of Saturn, a probe called BI. He would like to do it before NASA does it, that is, we are talking about the 1920s
