Unproductive day

It's been a rather busy day at work. To cut the long story short, my branch manager resigned, tomorrow is supposed to be his last day, so he has been delegating workloads to the team manager and myself as an assistant manager. Most of my time from lunch hour onwards, I'm stuck with heavy workload traveling around. Worst is, after 2pm Klang area heavy rain, and I was stuck at Jalan Banting Klang because I am heading to Banting to complete some work there. Traffic is so heavy I can hardly move, left foot is sore due to repeatedly semi disengage my clutch pedal. No wonder our clutches worn out faster than usual. Now my knee also worn out, is this occupational hazard? Can I claim insurance? Well, unless I can prove it's caused by my job. Unless I don't drive after office hour. And guess what, whilst I was busy entertaining customer, suddenly the resigned branch manager call me, said the team manager just tendered his resignation with IMMEDIATE EFFECT. Oh well, next week onwards, I will have no manager to report to.

By the time I got back home, it wasn't so late. But the sky started to show some lights. Anyways, it's evening, show me lights do what? And I had to settle the kids since ex-girlfriend is not at home. So off we went out again.

Breakfast

This is not my ordinary diet program. Despite this dish looks innocent, but noodle itself is a form of process food. This whole dish(other than the fried egg) is consider a plate of solid sugar, simple carb that can quickly turn into blood sugar and I can get hungry very fast. But, out of curiosity, since the new cafeteria operator did a pretty amazing job the day before, I am going to try their fried noodle regardless. Not surprisingly, it is taste good.

Dinner

Do not need to remind me I should not skip meal. But I was stuck in rain and rush for appointment from different places, I literally don't even have time to take a piss. I think my metabolism being screwed for the day. Let's not give up and continue eating the good stuff. KFC wrap box, with a piece of fried chicken. Easily 800kcal here. Upon tear off the casing, shit the wrap is only half of the casing size. We just gotta make do, what else can I do? Punch the kitchen staff?

Unrelated selfie

No I don't usually take stupid selfie infront of mirrors, but today walked pass this room, suddenly notice some changes on the person inside the mirror. Don't you think? I'm not too sure am I really having some changes, because it's only 4kg so far. I will keep going without doing too often this kind of stupid shot, so don't worry about the drama queen side of me.

This is not a competition with @erikahfit but we respect each other and we give mutual support to each other so we will be on track and keep ourselves motivated. I want my sexy beach body, and she wanted a healthier body. I will recycle this portion of footer to keep reminding us we're on a mission.
