Mil estrellas en el cielo | A thousand stars in the sky.

First of all, we would like to thank all the artists and art lovers who are part of our community, in which we have been giving our best effort to provide you with activities of the highest quality and a space for leisure, learning and dissemination where you can feel at home. It's been 4 months of change and evolution since we started this journey and now we are more than 1000 arcanes! People who have decided to make this space their sanctuary to which they are welcomed whenever they wish, as long as they seek greater artistic growth from the depths of their hearts.

Primeramente queremos agradecer a todos los artistas y apreciadores del arte que forman parte de nuestra comunidad, en la cual hemos estado dando nuestro mayor esfuerzo por brindarle actividades de la mayor calidad y un espacio de esparcimiento, aprendizaje y difusión en donde puedan sentirse como en casa. Ya son 4 meses de cambio y evolución desde que iniciamos esta travesía y ahora ¡Ya somos más de 1000 arcanos! Personas que han decidido convertir este espacio en su santuario al cual son recibidos cuando deseen, siempre y cuando busquen un mayor crecimiento artístico desde lo más profundo de su corazón.

At that time there were too many ideas to start with and we didn't know where to start: Review "The Ark" | A small look at the project., but learning and experience have led us to give shape to all the objectives we had set out to develop them along the way. After this, we experienced several changes that invited us to readjust certain characteristics and visions for the future, where we found ourselves in the need to rethink our goals in order to better coexist in the chain. Although the road has not been easy, we continue to believe in the plan that was given to us and it is precisely this that makes it a challenge to move forward and continue improving as a project.

En aquel entonces eran demasiadas ideas que poner en marcha y no sabiamos por donde comenzar: Reseña "El Arca" | Una pequeña mirada al proyecto, sin embargo el aprendizaje y la experiencia nos ha llevado a darle forma a todos los objetivos planteados para así irlos desarrollando a lo largo de nuestro camino. Posterior a esto vivimos diversos cambios que nos invitaron a reajustar ciertas caracteristicas y visiones a futuro, en donde nos vimos en la necesidad de replantearnos nuestras metas para así poder coexistir mejor en la cadena. Aunque el camino no ha sido fácil seguimos creyendo en el designio que se nos fue entregado y es precisamente eso lo que lo vuelve un reto para seguir adelante y seguir mejorando como proyecto.

Avances y actualizaciones | Advances and updates.

As we have repeatedly said, our project seeks to help artists from the Hispanic community grow not only in terms of "money" but also in training and recognition by their peers within the chain. The blockchain macro works in Steemit, a blog where every day an overwhelming traffic of publications travels and where new users appear looking to show what they are and what they do. This is why we have updated the visual image of the project and also the way of carrying out some activities.

Como hemos dicho repetidas veces, nuestro proyecto busca ayudar a crecer a los artistas de la comunidad hispana no solamente en materia "monetaria" sino además en formación y reconocimiento por sus iguales dentro de la cadena. El macro de la blockchain funciona en Steemit un blog en el que día a día viaja un tráfico abrumador de publicaciones y en donde además aparecen nuevos usuarios buscando demostrar lo que son y lo que hacen. Es por esto que hemos actualizado la imagen visual del proyecto y a su vez la forma de realizar algunas actividades.

- CODEX: a publishing house that promotes learning about artistic themes. - MUSEION: the best reward for an artist is that his or her art is recognized. Museion works as an interview format in which we get a little closer to these emerging characters within steemit and give them a space on our blog as well as rewarding them according to the payout that the publication may have. - PARTENÓN: It is a gallery with the best artistic publications of the week in which priority is given to all those publications that under standards of quality, presentation and originality are able to prove to be exceptional within the Hispanic community. These publications are voted by our project and recommended to healing projects for support. Through these 3 tools we teach users about how to foster their growth, we recognize them for their effort, talent and dedication and also open a space in which to showcase those publications that stand out and deserve to be supported, shared and commented on by users in the community.

- CODEX: una editorial enmarcada en fomentar el aprendizaje en torno a temáticas artísticas. - MUSEION: la mejor recompensa para un artista es que su arte sea reconocido. Museion funciona como un formato de entrevista en el cual nos acercamos un poco a estos personajes emergentes dentro de steemit y les damos un espacio en nuestro blog así como recompensarlos según el payout que pueda tener la publicación. - PARTENÓN: Es una galería con las mejores publicaciones artísticas de la semana en la cual se le da prioridad a todas aquellas publicaciones que bajo estándares de calidad, presentación y originalidad logran demostrar ser excepcionales dentro de la comunidad hispana. Estas publicaciones son votadas por nuestro proyecto y recomendadas a proyectos de curación para que sean apoyadas por ellos. Mediante estas 3 herramientas les enseñamos a los usuarios sobre cómo fomentar su crecimiento, les reconocemos por su esfuerzo, talento y dedicación y así también abrimos un espacio en el cual mostrar aquellas publicaciones que logran destacar y merecen ser apoyadas, compartidas y comentadas por los usuarios de la comunidad.

The community podcasts of the ark are activities that allow users to listen to live broadcasts through our Discord server, in which people specialized in an artistic branch share their experiences based on specific topics for each week, once these podcasts are made, they usually summarize them in our blog. Currently only two of these activities are taking place, however we hope to be able to enter a new podcast soon.

Los podcasts comunitarios del arca son actividades que permiten a los usuarios hacer escucha de transmisiones en vivo mediante nuestro servidor de Discord, en las cuales personas especializadas en una rama artística dan a conocer sus experiencias en base a temáticas específicas para cada semana, una vez realizados dichos podcasts se suele realizar un resumen del mismo en nuestro blog. Actualmente se llevan a cabo solo dos de estas actividades, sin embargo esperamos poder ingresar un nuevo podcasts próximamente.

Every week we carry out some interactive activities within the discord server in which the users participate, enjoy and share in a space of gatherings with the rest of the community. - The Poetry Recital: is an activity that takes place on the server of "L'Arche" in discord every Monday at 9 PM Venezuelan time, which invites users to share their most recent verses captured in Steemit and make interpretation of them before all listeners. - Dale al Micro: is an activity that takes place on the server of "L'Arche" in discord every Friday at 10 PM Venezuelan time, which invites users to share in a space of fun and karaoke. These activities also have a reward system, in which according to the amount of payout generated by the previous week's activity report, the 3 best users are rewarded for their effort and dedication. The higher the payout of the previous report, the higher the reward for the week.

Cada semana realizamos algunas actividades interactivas dentro del servidor de discord en las cuales los usuarios participan, disfrutan y comparten en un espacio de tertulias con el resto de la comunidad. - El Recital de Poesía: es una actividad que se lleva a cabo en el servidor de "El Arca" en discord cada Lunes a las 9 PM hora de Venezuela, la cual invita a los usuarios a compartir sus más recientes versos plasmados en Steemit y hacer interpretación de los mismos ante todos los oyentes. - Dale al Micro: es una actividad que se lleva a cabo en el servidor de "El Arca" en discord cada Viernes a las 10 PM hora de Venezuela, la cual invita a los usuarios a compartir en un espacio de diversión y karaoke. Estas actividades poseen además un sistema de recompensa, en las cuales según la cantidad de payout que genere el reporte de actividades de la semana anterior se recompensa a los 3 mejores usuarios por su esfuerzo y dedicación. Mientras mayor sea el payout del reporte anterior, mayor sera la recompensa de la semana.

The space @capsula is developed with the need to provide the necessary tools for the creation and worship of the arts based on a single principle: the honesty of the process. This space will be made up of two important elements: the artist (the educator, the tutor, the creator and the developer of the process) and the spectator, who will be able to appreciate, learn, understand and create a logical line of understanding between what the artist shows us and what it means for the spectator. In this aspect, Cápsula was born as an appendix of the @elarca Project to provide the possibility of creating an environment for artistic dissemination, using visual, sound and audiovisual elements for its presentation. All this taking as a base one of the objectives of our project that is to promote the artistic content inside and outside the community of Steemit. In this way, we will seek to present in this space our range of artistic productions and those of the community, educational and leisure activities as well as to carry out activities outside the Steemit platform that promote artistic dissemination. El espacio @capsula se desarrolla con la necesidad de brindar las herramientas necesarias para la creación y adoración de las artes basándonos en un sólo principio: la honestidad del proceso. Este espacio estará conformado por dos elementos importantes: el artista (el educador, el tutor, el creador y el desarrollador del proceso) y el espectador, aquel que será capaz de apreciar, aprender, entender y crear una línea lógica de entendimiento entre lo que nos muestra el artista y lo que significa para el espectador. De este modo, los artistas hispanohablantes estarán regalándonos un fragmento de sus conocimientos a nivel técnico, emocional y espiritual, orientándose así a una corriente artística. En este aspecto, Cápsula nace como un apéndice del Proyecto @elarca para brindar la posibilidad de crear un entorno destinado a la difusión artística, haciendo uso de elementos visuales, sonoros y audiovisuales para su presentación. Todo esto tomando como base uno de los objetivos de nuestro proyecto que es el de Promover el contenido artístico dentro y fuera de la comunidad de Steemit. De tal forma, se buscará presentar en este espacio nuestra gama de producciones artísticas y las de la comunidad, actividades educacionales, de esparcimiento así como llevar a cabo actividades fuera de la plataforma de Steemit que impulsen la difusión artística. Metas próximas | Nearby goals.

- Crear más espacios y actividades dentro de la comunidad: nos llegan propuestas de muchos tipos para realizar actividades dentro de nuestro proyecto, sin embargo no todas pueden realizarse al mismo tiempo. El proyecto sigue siendo pequeño y vamos creciendo paulatinamente por lo cual es necesario estudiar y plantearse la forma de realizar dichas propuestas. - Partenón: no solamente queremos que este apartado funcione como una galería de las mejores publicaciones de la semana. Con partenon buscamos además poder conversar al respecto de dichas publicaciones y abrir un foro de debate en donde los mismos usuarios puedan seleccionar cuales son las obras más destacadas. Así también queremos poder curar los contenidos publicados cada miércoles en esta editorial con un porcentaje de voto que de verdad represente el esfuerzo de estos autores, o en tal sentido buscamos tener la posibilidad de curarlos con un voto directo de algún curador de la comunidad de steemit. - Producciones audiovisuales: como describimos, cápsula es un espacio de esparcimiento artístico. Actualmente el mismo funciona como un canal de retransmisión de programas radiales llevados a cabo en la comunidad de discord haciendo uso de @dlive. Queremos poder darle visibilidad a artistas tanto internos como externos a steemit haciendo uso de este apartado y aprovechando las herramientas que la blockchain a dispuesto para tal fin. Por tanto, una de nuestras metas consiste en traer a este espacio los diferentes tipos de arte haciendo uso del medio audiovisual. - Arte Social: steemit debe evolucionar para llegar a más personas que quieran ser parte de ella. Una de las cosas que hemos estudiado y que pretendemos realizar próximamente es poder unir a artistas de steemit con su entorno y poder brindarles el patrocinio para que su arte sea visionado, sentido y escuchado en la sociedad a la que pertenecen. De esta forma queremos no solamente que estos artistas tengan quizás su primer concierto, su primera galería, sus primeros cuadros, su primera obra de teatro o su primer libro publicado, queremos además que se dé a conocer al mundo que steemit es una plataforma que permite el apoyo a estos artistas desconocidos y así más personas de hispanoamérica decidan incursionar en ella y aprender de los diferentes proyectos existentes sobre las ventajas que esto puede traer a sus vidas.

The project is still small and we are gradually growing, so it is necessary to study and consider how to make these proposals. - Partenón: not only do we want this section to work as a gallery of the best publications of the week. It currently functions as a channel for broadcasting radio programs carried out in the discord community using @dlive. We want to be able to give visibility to both internal and external artists to steemit using this section and taking advantage of the tools that the blockchain has provided for this purpose. Therefore, one of our goals is to bring to this space the different types of art using the audiovisual medium. - Social Art: steemit must evolve to reach more people who want to be part of it. One of the things that we have studied and that we intend to do in the near future is to be able to unite steemit artists with their environment and to offer them sponsorship so that their art can be seen, felt and heard in the society to which they belong. In this way, we not only want these artists to have their first concert, their first gallery, their first paintings, their first play or their first published book, we also want the world to know that steemit is a platform that allows support for these unknown artists and so more people in Latin America decide to venture into it and learn from the different existing projects about the advantages that this can bring to their lives.
