This project will be investigating Steemit as the best platform blockcahin that offer biggest opportunities to its users which is the best to have happen on the internet so far, and its system for gives power to the people through its blockcahin-based rewards, and some of the support offer to Steemians from this platform and to provide information to guide public in educating and enlighten them about this platform that offers amazing support to its users.

**CHAPTER ONE** ------
***INTRODUCTION***

Steemit is the First Social Media Platform Built on Top of Blockcahin. Steemit has its own digital currency called Steem. Steemit is blogging social networking website that its uses its steem blockchain-based rewards platforms for publishers. The steemit blockcahin produces both Steem and Steem Dollars which are tradable token obtained for posting, discovering, and commenting on content. **My Experince So far, I can define Steemit in my own understanding:** Steemit is a social median platform that has ever happen on internet where anyone can earn Steem points by posting. The more people like a post, the more Steem for cash or vest it to boost or strengthening their voting power. Steemit is a social news community full of amazing bloggers and photographers. **Briefly about Steemit** -----

Steemit platform was lunched on March, Twenty-Sixteen (2016); Steemit available in mainly English, also contest available in several other languages, e.g. German or Spanish. Steemit registration is free, mandatory for editing, currently Steemit has more than One Million users (1,000,000,000+). Steemit, Inc. is a privately held company based in New York City and headquarter in Virginia. The company/organization was establish and founded by Ned Scott, and Dan Larimer, maker and creator of Bitshares, and EOS. The Steem blockchain produces steem and steem backed dollars which are tradable and transferable token acquired for posting, findings and remarking on content.

**THEORY/CONCEPT** -----

What you need to understand or retained in the mind regarding Steemit are; User account can upvote post and comments similar to other blogging websites or social news websites like Reddit or Facebook which who know. But the different are the authors who get upvote can receive monetary rewards in through steemit blockcahin-reward in a crytocurrency taken named Steem and US dollar-pegged tokens called Steem Backed Dollars. People are also rewarded for curating (discovering) popular contents.
Curating in the sense that users involving in voting, comments and post submission. Vote strength and curation rewards are influenced by the amount of Steem Power help by the voter. Steemit includes third-party applications, such as d.tube, a decentralized video platform based on the Interplanetary File System (IPFS) protocol. In short D.tube is similar to YouTube video streaming you that you know, but without advertisement, instead uses the built-in Steem currency which gets awarded by user’s upvoting videos.
