Gradually add milk and mix everything again. Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa in a separate bowl. Combine the flour mixture with the chocolate mixture. Knead the dough. Grease the baking dish with butter and gently put the dough. Bake a chocolate cake at a temperature of 175 degrees for 20-25 minutes. To make vanilla cream, mix sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Vanilla cream put in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
