I was having a conversation with @iamyoy account , the account was actually in the hand of the Phishers; which I Suspected. The Owner of account belongs to a girl call Christie. Who have not been active for some time now. The conversation can be seen in this post.

Thanks to my colleague informer , We are able to solve this case. This Case is closed now.
