| |----------------------------| * The movie which I watched for today's SLC contest is **3 Idiots**. Basically, the words 3 idiots refer to most closest 3 friends who are Rancho, Raju, and Farhan. They are all close friends in the same college and in the same field, which is Computer Science. Actually, this movie is not only about college life; it's also about friendship, hope, and the courage to follow your dream and passion. * I am also a student in **Pakistan**, and the problems I face as a student here, such as marks and degrees, are similar to those Rancho, Raju, and Farhan experienced. Five Things from 3 Idiots That Motivated Me

| |----------------------------| #### Choose Passion: * One dialogue of this movie which touch my heart and took my motivation up to the sky is that “Don’t chase success. Chase excellence, and success will follow you.”This remarkable dialogue compelled me to think over my own self and I started thinking seriously that achieving success should not be one's goal rather achieving excellence should be given top priority. ### True Friendship: * In this movie when we come across 3 characters whose names are Farhan, Rancho and Raju.We come to know about their true friendship.They are not fair weather friends but they are friends in true means.They are like brothers, they laugh, cry study and make fun together.They help each other in their bad days.The aspect of true friendship inspired and motivated me a lot. ### Failure Is Not Disaster: * In this movie, we get a very deep and loaded message that failure doesn't mean the of life or disaster.It means that failure is just a step towards the process of success.The purpose of getting education is not just competition but it aims to learn something new. ### Innovative learning over craming The Stuff: * Its a very sad fact that our Education system focus is only on cramming the stuff or bookish knowledge.Due to this outdated pattern of Education, only parrots are made (students who only crams the stuff are named parrots).Though innovating learning is the need and cry of the day.In this marvelous movie this new trend of Education that is innovative learning is presented in a very beautiful and impressive way.Just like Ranchos creative experiments like the drone camera and virus speech. ### All is Well, A Deep and Powerful Catch Phrase: * In this movie, time and again we listen to Ranchos' line, which is **All Is Well** whenever something goes wrong. In day-to-day life, this beautiful catch phrase is reminded in my brain whenever something bad happens to me. It raises my morale. * Though there are many interesting characters in this superb movie but Ranchos' character is the most favourite character. Racnhos character is played by Amer Khan. Rancho is depicted as such a guy who thinks out of the box. He doesn't believe in cramming or rotting the stuff and doesn't believe in just Bookish knowledge. He is a curious guy and endeavors to learn something new for its own sake, not for the purpose of competing with either of them. He is a very noble and gentle guy who is always ready to assist his friends. He questions everything, puts questions to his teacher and faces resentment from his teachers, who are used to the prevalent, outdated Educational System. He believes in innovative learning. Due to the above features, the character of Ranchos is my favourite one. |

| |----------------------------| * In the previous year, basically, I have watched a lot of movies, but among them I have chosen 2 of the best movies. The two best movies which I chose are **Good Will Hunting** and the other movie which I like the most is **Dangal**. #### Good Will Hunting: * This movie motivated me a lot. The character of Will Hunting gives us a very precious message that intelligence is all about curiosity rather than just getting degrees. A very emotional and sentimental message is given in this movie that **sometimes, all we need is someone who believes in As we know that life is not a bed of roses. * The movie Dangal is also one of my favourite ones because of its inspiration and motivation. Actually this movie is based on reality. In this movie, Mahavir is a professional wrestler, and he also wants his son to win medals and become world world-class wrestler. But life didn't help him as they didn't have a son, because they gave birth to a girl. So Mahariv decided to make world's world-class wrestler from this girl. Mahavir also faced a lot of criticism due to it.
