A note from the MBN team

We would like to announce the launch of MBN.Global

We also are making an official statement to the community about the status of the old telegram group, to stay transparent and answer the questions.

In summer 2017, when then project was creating, we as a group of founder created an idea of safe asset management with the use of smart-contracts. In that time, the team was ruled by Eugene Buev, so he created the telegram group and registered the URL domain Membrana.io

During next half year we developed the Alpha version of the platform and in winter 2018 we raised angel investments from Coinbar VC to launch and ICO in spring 2018. The money were used on futher development and marketing. But everyone knows what was happening in 2018 - it was the dropdown of BTC market and cryptowinter continued more then a year.

The company funds were gone and in October 2018 Eugene Buev left the project by his own desicion. Before doing that, he took part of the remaining money as a compensation for his lost time and personal expenses. His last suggestion was to freeze the project until the next good times come.

With that done, most of the core team left, leaving the project under the rule of three founders.

In December 2018 we launched the presale, that didnt reach any sufficient fundraising goals. Despite all those difficulties, we didnt surrender the project and our obligations. We put our own money in development and continued to work full-time during the cryptowinter.

Talking by facts, starting from early 2019, the team have resurrected the project taking in out from the crysis. We fullfilled the responsibilities in front of our early investors, minted the MBN token, developed and released key platform features, get the token listed on Probit, ABCC, Idex, Eterbase exchanges, and created an active community that is using the product and has the familty spirit inside. People who did it - Yuriy, Kirill, Jason, Slava - are well known by you and continue working on the project no matter what.

In January 2020 - Eugene Buev got active and started to blackmail team members involved in the project. He stated he own the domain and telegram group, since he was one of the original founder. He group up with a developer who worked few months in the project during 2018 (Paul Rumkin) and started to harm the project.

23 January he shut down the website membrana.io and set the restrictions on the telegram group communications. We were trying to make a compromise with them, but it didnt work. We got a reply, that since now on, the group will be used to spread fake information about the platform and the team, who is behind the development.

To bypass this situation in a correct way, the platform is available on the URL https://mbn.global/ with official telegram group https://t.me/MBNGlobal.

Also, take attention that official email of the project is @mbn.global

The domain name membrana.io is not official URL and we expect it to be used to spread missleading information about the team, investors and community.

What is related to the platform - no changes was done and no data was leaked. All ongoing contracts,

staking rewards and opened orders are working the same way as previously. The changes are happening only to static URL and official telegram channel.
