Having enough willpower to be disciplined is a wonder, with this we can do things that we would never have thought and achieve everything that we set out in our lives. ![Separador azul.PNG](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcqRvksTSGi8sM51AUofSjSRxipeyALYZK9JcEXpbiVdx/Separador%20azul.PNG) By being disciplined we inevitably achieve each of our goals, by having a plan and fulfilling it in the expected time, we are guaranteeing that we will succeed. Actions such as getting up early each day, eating healthy foods, cleaning our room periodically or just washing the dishes, require discipline, maybe not the first time we do it, but when the task is repeated many times. All this is because the repetition of an action that we already have dominated, becomes boring, so that we may lose the desire to do it, that's when the discipline comes in, the one with which we find motivation where there is not, to get everything we propose.

Having discipline in the studies, will achieve that we will be successful in everything.

In life everything revolves around actions, all of these require people to perform them, sometimes these actions are very necessary, but at the same time, unpleasant, causing a negative sensation when we do them, despite knowing the essentials they are for our future. Placing a very basic example, would be the school, high school or university, at this stage of our lives we will meet on countless occasions, in the difficult decision to do our pending activities or leave them undone, this due to the fatigue that we carry, after a while time that we have or simply because they are tedious and not very fun tasks. In these cases we have to use our discipline to move forward, being very clear about the benefits of doing those tasks and the negative consequences that delaying them will have in our future. In this way we will achieve, despite how difficult it is, to comply with each one of these activities and get a little closer to the goals that we set out to do at a young age. Each action has a reaction, if it is positive we will get a reward, on the other hand, if it is negative, we will pay the consequences. For this reason, it is very important to focus on our objectives and carry out positive actions, in accordance with our short and long-term goals, in this way we will achieve the desired future, which will make every effort we make worthwhile.

There are many types of discipline, but as a general rule, we must always do what is best on each occasion, since that is what it is about, improve and grow as people, that is what makes some people different from others, their level of discipline in each activity. Those who do not surrender and persist in their goal, achieve what those with little mental strength and self-discipline leave half. Discipline is about doing what is important and leaving things that are insignificant aside, is knowing how to decide and choose the right options, even if they are the most difficult. The biggest show of discipline I've seen is that of someone who gets up every day with a smile to meet their goals, no matter how bad they are at that moment. Those kind of people are the ones who know what they came into this world, they do the right thing to get ahead, no matter how difficult it is. When a person develops such a high level of discipline, he becomes unbreakable, strong personality and very difficult to destroy, characteristics that are fundamental in someone who is destined to success in his life. Living with a disciplined mentality is the best we can do, every little effort that is made, sooner or later gives its fruits, on the other hand those who live complaining and do not put effort to do things in an excellent way, are destined to failure. We must be trained as quality people, in order to achieve a quality life.
