Pie

I recently made a delicious pie, and the whole family enjoyed eating it over tea. I will remember this day for a long time.

First, I chose a recipe for apple and cinnamon pie, as I love sweet and flavorful desserts. For the dough, I took flour, sugar, butter and eggs. I mixed everything thoroughly so that the dough turned out to be tender and soft. While the dough was resting, I sliced the apples into thin slices and sprinkled them with cinnamon and a little sugar.

Then I carefully distributed the dough in a baking dish, put a layer of apples on top and covered them with another layer of dough, making a beautiful pattern. I put the pie in the preheated oven and waited for about 40 minutes until it was browned and filled the kitchen with a wonderful smell.

When the pie was ready, I took it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit. Then the whole family sat down at the table with cups of hot tea. The pie turned out to be very juicy, with a crispy crust and a pleasant cinnamon flavor. Every bite melted in my mouth, and the warmth of the family atmosphere made this moment especially joyful.

We talked and laughed for a long time, enjoying the delicious food and chatting with each other. This simple homemade pie has become a symbol of comfort and happiness in our home.
