The Diary Game [29/06/2025]Finally owning our own home 🏠💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽.

Hello @everyone,accept special greetings from this end globe from me to you all on.Today is the happiest💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 day of my life,as family has finally have a home to stay of our own. Am happy because am free from extortion from landlords in my city and my dreams since 6years when I got married to stay in my own house has come reality today .

This week my husband and I have been busy trying to packed our things where were renting to our own house today .We notified the land one week ago that we will be leaving to our home.She was extremely happily about that but told us she will miss Tenant like us .Today , early on Sunday morning at 6:00am, the cargo my husband arranged to carry our things to our house arrived in our place .

All the things were packed and my next door neighbors and my husband friends were presents to assist put the things in the cargo.Some the fragile things my husband already took them the previous in our house .In 1 hour time everything was packed in the cargo since we were many of us .My husband friends and neighbors follow to help us removed the things from the cargo and put inthe house . The distance is not far in 8minutes we arrived our place.

Some of our neighbors in our new Neigbour hood saw us and came to assist . Everything was removed from the cargo.My husband and his friend were mounting beds inthe rooms and While I was concentrating inthe the Gas kitchen .My house kitchen is super large and i removed things and placed inthe disorder which need to arranged.

I took time to clean my kitchen again , I had two people assisting me for us to position things in the kitchen .My Neigbour and family .It was so easy because all my things were clean I made sure in my former place I clean them before taking it to my house . When we’re done we arranged things inorder places .

My house still need some final finishing but for now it’s still comfortable .To be staying there and doing the other things remaining than to be giving money to landlords . This journey of house has not been easy .This because is still 10months we took to construct this house .A special thanks to my husband who made sure we should leave from rentage .He controlled the project alone and everything went well without my present .

There was no way I could assist my husband because immediately, we started foundation of the house August, 2025.I was transferred from my present job place to work in another region .It was not easy as with my husband coupled with his work and controlled the house project alone.We only communicated through phone to see how the project is going to be successfully.I only recieved updates of pictures from my husband to see how the house project is going on.I have not present the present update of my house now because of personal reasons.

_{Three months ago, when our house was still undergoing building, roofing and fixing process}

I will say this without my husband hardwork and determination we could have not achieved our own home . My husband is a very determine person who believes in himself and work hard to achieved what ever he want .Thank you God through out these years for giving my husband good jobs and strength to be determined to have a focused of building a home. I couldn’t believe we can achieved this so soon , this is because when I got married .

In 2019, things were very hard with my husband, he had one job with a Non-Governmental organisation.But the salary was very poor for a man who has a family .At times he works for months without payment .At times I cautioned my husband better he should resigned than to be collecting such a salary .He told me he is building his career and networking and soon he will have a better job.That he does not bother but soon he knows he will be fine.

Not up to 5months my husband got another job with another NGO.His position was not the best but the salary was very good and encouraging than the previous job. After, 6months of working the same organisation my husband was promoted to a higher position at their job site due to his handwork .That how the pay package was very very good. Right now my husband due to his determination and handwork in his career has been moving higher height .works in differents organisations as consultancies and at the same still based in his jobsite while doing all these .The pay package is very very good and huge.

I just shared the story of my husband to encourage anyone who want achieve a goal in life to never give up.Believe in yourself and work hard for what you want. Today you might be down and tomorrow God will lift you up where you will not believe.People will laugh at you when it’s not going but give a deaf ear .No thing good comes easy .Also, while working for your dream goals have in mind “There is time for everything”.

Lol said aside from parking the necessary things inthe house .We all had to take a break .I prepared food for those who helped us to arrange things in the house to eat . My cousin was opening her business place lounge.Around 3:30pm, I could not absent as she insisted on serval times . I freshened up and left with people who came and to assisted .I arrived at my cousin’s meli’s kitchen restaurant when the occasion has already started. I was offered fried rice and plantain to eat.

We as her first cousins present were called upon to talk and unveiled the cake .We the family members encourage her and contributed a token to support her business . I was extremely tired that I could not spend up to 2hours there.

I left from there back home , I arrived home when some neighbors came to greet us .There were in the palour discussing with my husband.I came in and we discussed for some time before they left . During the evening hours we try chat for some time before sleeping .My kids were happy of the new environment. My husband was very happy finally he is now in his own house .

The evening ended us by going to bed to rest after a serious busy day packing to our house . I am happy my husband and I had the same goal of building a house first in life of our ownbefore any other thing . Iam happy our dreams is fulfilled today . Once more a special thanks to my husband for making sure this house project should come to reality .As you join to celebrate my home with me may you be celebrated more 🥳🥳.The happiest day of my life , owning a home 🏠 our own .
